Moment is seeking a Production Supervisor to help run our production facility as we begin our first production run. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of second-life battery systems that will be deployed in renewable energy projects across North America

What you'll be working on:
- Overseeing daily production activities, monitoring workflow, and ensuring adherence to production schedules.
- Scheduling and assigning tasks to the production staff as well as holding daily standup meetings
- Assembling, testing, troubleshooting and inspecting quality of builds of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Being the go-to person for manufacturing issues and rework
- Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Supply Chain and Testing teams
- Own facilities and infrastructure maintenance and upgrades
- Fixing and maintaining plant equipment
- Training new employees
- Enforcing safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety awareness
Required experience:
- 7-10 years of experience in production or manufacturing roles
- Minimum 5 years of production supervisory experience
- Hands on tool skills
- Strong problem solving and delegation skills
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing systems (5S, Kaizen, Continuous improvement)
Estimated hourly rate:
- $30/hour - $40/hour
- 3 weeks paid vacation plus 1 week off between Christmas and New Year's
