This top tier company in Mississauga is looking for a millwright or maintenance technician to join their night shift team

Night shift: 10pm-6am

Responsibilities

  1. Conduct routine preventive maintenance and respond promptly to emergency repairs for system and equipment breakdowns.
  2. Troubleshoot process and production issues to identify and resolve root causes efficiently.
  3. Complete documentation related to preventive maintenance, repairs, safety protocols, inventory management, and procedural updates.
  4. Perform maintenance and repair tasks on production line equipment to ensure optimal functionality and minimize downtime.
  5. Utilize welding, fabrication, pneumatics, and hydraulic skills for equipment repair as needed.
  6. Adhere to all Health & Safety policies, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Food Safety regulations, at all times.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in a food/packaging environment
  • Must have a strong passion and desire for the wellbeing and safety of employees
  • Strong troubleshooting skills + welding experience
