Description du poste:

TD Insurance est une partie du Groupe Banque TD, l’une des plus grandes institutions financières du Canada. TD Insurance aide à protéger les clients contre les 'accidents de la vie' avec une large gamme de produits, y compris la protection de crédit, l'assurance vie, santé, voyage, habitation et automobile.

Votre rôle au sein du Centre d’Excellence d’Évaluation est essentiel au succès de TDI, car nos clients sont au centre de tout ce que nous faisons.

Ce que vous ferez:

  • Écrire des estimations et examiner les estimations basées sur des photos pour garantir leur précision.
  • Expérience technique automobile solide requise dans la réparation de collision.
  • Déterminer si un véhicule est réparable ou doit être considéré comme une perte totale.
  • Négocier avec les ateliers de réparation sur les méthodes de réparation appropriées et le prix.
  • Contrôler les dépenses des ateliers de réparation en suivant rapidement les dommages supplémentaires signalés.
  • Compléter les évaluations de pertes totales.
  • Effectuer des réinspections de véhicules en personne ou virtuelles.
  • Aider et coopérer avec les collègues pendant les périodes chargées.
  • Participer à diverses réunions d’équipe et de performance.

Exigences:

  • Expérience directe en évaluation des dommages automobiles ou en atelier de carrosserie.
  • Posséder plus de 3 ans de connaissances techniques en travaux de carrosserie et réparations mécaniques.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles et de communication supérieures.
  • Capacité à maintenir un bon moral et à démontrer l'esprit d'équipe.
  • Compétences en résolution de problèmes et en négociation.
  • Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Adaptabilité au changement et aux nouvelles technologies.
  • Un diplôme collégial ou technique serait un atout.
  • Certification Interprovinciale Red Seal serait un atout.
  • Permis de conduire valide.
