We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance and Parts Team Lead to support maintenance operations and parts management.

Responsibilities
  1. Maintenance: This role will be responsible for:
    1. Scheduling, planning, and executing preventive maintenance (PM) programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
    2. Providing hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance team.
    3. Acting as the manager in the absence of Sandra, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any arising issues.
    4. Collaborating with other departments to address maintenance-related needs and priorities.
  3. Parts Management: This role will be responsible for:
    1. Overseeing inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of critical parts and supplies.
    2. Managing vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
    3. Forecasting and managing capital expenses related to parts inventory and procurement.
    4. Leading the parts management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations.

Qualifications

What you bring:

  1. The ability to learn, adapt, and grow.
  2. Some experience in maintenance operations and parts management, with team lead experience nice to have.
  3. Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with maintenance processes and equipment.
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  5. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
  6. Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
