As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Maintenance Planner / Scheduler and Parts person to join their team and help maintain their reputation for excellence.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Scheduler / Planner and Parts Team Lead to support maintenance operations and parts management.
Maintenance: This role will be responsible for scheduling, planning, preventive maintenance (PM) follow-up, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our maintenance department.
Parts: This role will be responsible for inventory (for automated and robotic parts), vendor relationships, commissioning, capital expense and upgrade planning, and
Additionally, the Team Lead will step in as coverage for the maintenance manager to provide coverage during vacations.

Responsibilities
What you'll be doing:
Maintenance:
Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs to ensure equipment reliability and longevity.
Provide hands-on support and guidance to the maintenance team as needed.
Act as the manager in the absence of Sandra, ensuring efficient operations and resolving any issues that may arise.
Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related needs and priorities.
Parts Management:
Oversee inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of critical parts and supplies.
Manage vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of parts.
Forecast costs related to parts procurement and maintenance activities.
Plan and coordinate PM shutdowns, ensuring availability of necessary parts and resources.
Forecast and manage capital expenses related to parts inventory and procurement.
Lead the parts management team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure effective operations.
Qualifications
What you bring:
The ability to learn, adapt, and grow.
Some experience in maintenance operations and parts management, with team lead experience nice to have
Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience with maintenance processes and equipment.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.
Proficiency in computerized maintenance management systems.
