Maintenance Handyman

Facility Maintenance Ltd is looking for a skilled Handy Man to undertake a variety of maintenance and repair tasks. Our Handy Man must be patient and friendly with our customers, as well as possess excellent knowledge of the maintenance and repair of equipment. A successful Handy Man must be able to work with little or no supervision. The goal is to maintain our equipment in good working order so that we can ensure our customers have a pleasant experience on their next visit.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Perform routine maintenance work on our new facility
- Perform light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks
- Repair broken or missing parts or appliances
- Repair windows or doors, or replace them with better quality
- Clean and tidy the premises regularly
- Maintain an orderly stock of tools and equipment
- Check the health of equipment regularly, and report any issues to senior employees for discussion and resolution
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**Experience**
- Experience in similar industry is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting systems is a must
- Ability to read technical documents is a must
- Must possess physical strength and stamina to work outdoors for long hours on your feet
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
