A leading global provider of bedding products is seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to join their team.

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, the Brand Manager will be responsible for executing business strategies for new and existing products within defined categories. Acting as the brand advocate, this role ensures that new products and promotions enhance and maintain the brand's positioning in the market.

The Brand Manager collaborates closely with Product Development, Operations, Finance, Marketing Communications, and Sales teams to launch new products and drive product performance. The role requires a deep understanding of market trends and the ability to bring innovative concepts to market.

Responsibilities

  • Develop product, channel, pricing, and promotional plans to achieve annual sales and profit targets.
  • Ensure packaging, advertising, PR, training, and POS materials align with the brand's pillars.
  • Create excitement and momentum within cross-functional teams to complete key initiatives on time.
  • Define and address differentiated and actionable consumer segments.
  • Manage product sales and profit performance.
  • Identify and address gaps in sales/profit performance with action plans.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Sales to launch new products and optimize go-to-market strategies.
  • Lead the development of creative assets to motivate the target audience and create marketing communication materials with the Graphic Design team.
  • Collaborate with Consumer Insights to drive market segment analysis and identify emerging segments.
  • Solicit feedback from consumers, retailers, and suppliers to improve existing products and launch new ones.
  • Understand market trends through competitive analysis, market shopping, and networking.
  • Serve as the category expert within the brand and share insights with Sales teams.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
  • 4-6 years of classical brand marketing experience, preferably in the consumer durable industry and managing premium brands.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Bilingual in French is a plus but not mandatory.

Required Skills:

  • Strong background in digital and social media marketing.
  • Extensive experience in brand management.
  • Hands-on experience in project management.
  • Proficient in using Adobe Suite.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think and act both creatively and strategically.
