Key Responsibilities:Shopify Website Feature Addition and Ongoing Support:1. Assist with the implementation and testing of new features on the Shopify website to enhance functionality and user experience.2. Provide ongoing technical support to troubleshoot and resolve website issues.3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure website features align with business objectives.4. Maintain and update the website regularly to ensure optimal performance and security.Identifying, Suggesting, and Integrating Business Value Additive Apps:1. Research and identify apps that can enhance the Shopify website’s capabilities and add value to the business.2. Present app recommendations to the team and explain the potential benefits and costs.3. Assist in the integration and configuration of new apps to ensure they function correctly and meet business needs.4. Monitor and evaluate the performance of integrated apps to ensure they deliver the expected value.Other IT Support:1. Provide general IT support to staff, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.2. Assist with the setup and maintenance of office IT infrastructure, including computers, printers, and network devices.3. Ensure data security and backup procedures are followed to protect company information.4. Support the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO and Office Manager.
