Qualifications

The incoming Director must have a commitment to advancing reconciliation, equity, diversity, and inclusion. Candidates are encouraged to share how they can add value to the GTAA environment. The following credentials and experiences are seen as markers of candidates likely to succeed in the role:

  1. A Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, strategy, analytics, or a related field, with an MBA or Accounting/Financial designation as an asset.
  2. Several years of relevant experience in business or corporate development, partnership development, management consulting, strategy, or a similar field.
  3. Several years of experience leading corporate strategy and teams, with a proven track record of maximizing performance and achieving exceptional results.
  4. Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, robust financial analysis capabilities, and excellent written communication and presentation skills for facilitation at the C-suite level.
