· Title: Senior Accountant

· Position Grade: S-P8

· Job Description: You will be responsible for providing professional accounting services, including but not limited to the preparation of financial statements, tax planning, optimization of internal control processes, and providing strategic financial advice to management.

· Job Duties

o Assist in formulating and implementing the group's tax strategy to maximize tax benefits.

o Participate in the design and evaluation of internal controls to ensure the compliance and efficiency of financial processes.

o Collaborate with other departments, providing financial consulting and support to help them understand the impact of financial data on company decisions.

o Assist the Financial Director in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

o Guide and supervise the work of subordinate accountants to ensure the team operates efficiently.

o Stay updated on accounting standards, tax laws, and financial regulations to ensure company compliance.

o Regularly report the financial status to management, providing key financial indicators and trend analysis.

o Support the financial closing activities at month-end, quarter-end, and year-end, including account reconciliation and financial reporting.

· Requirement and Qualifications

o Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

o Hold a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent professional qualification.

o Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant or equivalent position in a group or large corporate environment.

o Familiarity with international and local accounting standards, with strong financial analysis and interpretation skills.

o Strong organizational skills, project management skills, and attention to detail.

o Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex financial information clearly to all levels of management.

o Proficient in the use of financial software such as Sage 50 and Microsoft Office suite.

Good team player, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
