Dans le cadre de sa croissance continue et de son engagement envers l'excellence opérationnelle, nous recherchons un(e) Planificateur de Production junior pour rejoindre l’équipe.

Description du poste :

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) Planificateur de Production motivé(e) pour contribuer à l'efficacité et à l'optimisation de nos opérations de production. Le/la candidat(e) idéal(e) sera responsable de la planification et de l'ordonnancement des activités de production, en veillant à ce que les objectifs de production soient atteints dans les délais impartis et en garantissant l'utilisation efficace des ressources disponibles. (Poste 100% présentiel)

Responsabilités :

Élaborer et mettre en œuvre les plans de production en collaboration avec les équipes de fabrication, d'approvisionnement et de gestion des stocks.

Évaluer les capacités de production et les contraintes de ressources pour optimiser l'utilisation des installations et du personnel.

Planifier les ordres de fabrication en fonction des priorités définies par la direction et des exigences de livraison des clients.

Suivre et mettre à jour les plannings de production en temps réel, en réagissant aux changements de demande, aux retards de fournisseurs ou aux imprévus en cours de production.

Coordonner les flux de matériaux et de produits finis pour minimiser les temps d'attente et les coûts de stockage.

Collaborer avec les équipes de contrôle qualité pour garantir le respect des normes et des spécifications de production.

Identifier les opportunités d'amélioration des processus et proposer des solutions pour optimiser l'efficacité opérationnelle.

Qualifications :

Formation en gestion des opérations ou autres expériences pertinentes relié au domaine

Maîtrise des outils de planification de la production, Suite Microsoft Office, Excel

Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Capacité à travailler sous pression et à respecter les délais.

Esprit d'analyse et capacité à résoudre les problèmes de manière efficace.
