The Job

As a Real Estate Law Clerk, you will be responsible for performing clerical work for the real estate team throughout the process of opening and closing files.


  • Managing files from opening to closing
  • Drafting and reviewing documents related to transactions and closing
  • Collecting and summarizing deal information
  • Conducting and reviewing title and off-title searches
  • Communicating and interacting with clients with professionalism
  • Maintaining and strengthening client relationships
  • Preparing correspondence and requisition letters
  • Assisting the real estate team with supporting clients


You will also come with:


  • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a law clerk in real estate
  • Proficient in Quebec residential closings
  • Extensive experience with representing private lenders
  • Strong, professional-level communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to organize time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Knowledge of real estate software such as Teraview and Unity
  • Strong technical skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
