We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lawyer to join our team at Options Consulting Solutions. As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice on a range of residential real estate matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential real estate transactions from beginning to end, ensuring seamless execution and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase and sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documents, providing expert guidance to clients and stakeholders.
  • Review all aspects of residential real estate transactions, including lender representation files, to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Contribute to expanding the residential real estate portfolio, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients on all matters related to residential real estate, ensuring exceptional service and client satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Quebec Notary License.
  • Full bilingual proficiency (EN/FR).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with a high-volume of residential real estate files.
  • A strong desire for career growth and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, conveyancer/unity, Teraview, and PCLaw.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
