We educate teachers on the use of all the products we represent and demonstrate how they allow students to engage and build their knowledge and competence in their trade. Our role is critical in ensuring educators have exposure and access to the most innovative resources.


As a Simulation, e-learning & VR Training Consultant, your role is to promote to educational institutions the very best technological advancements in the industry. As a team member of Cognisco Technologies, you will consult and provide customers with solutions. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, broadening existing opportunities, and foster long-term relationships with your customers. This is a full-time position.


You will:

  • Perform cold calling
  • Schedule meeting for on-line demonstrations of our solutions
  • Research prospective users for our products
  • Develop skills in SPIN (Situation, Problem, Implication, Need-Payoff) selling methodology.
  • Meet agreed upon sales target in the territory
  • Document all sales activity in company CRM: ZOHO
  • Develop technical presentations skills to showcase product features and benefits
  • Collaborate with the other team members to develop new strategies for engaging customers
  • Participate to trade shows, conferences and professional expos
  • Assure all company policies and procedures are adhered to
  • Travel when required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Education, Business, Engineering, or any field
  • Bilingual Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Interest in Consultative Sales (SPIN methodology)
  • Problem solving acumen
  • Valid Canadian Passport and driver’s license

·        Sales and customer service experience can be an asset.
