Key Responsibilities

The Field Sales Executive will be tasked with promoting and selling Epsilon's suite of Marketing Services Products to a diverse range of clients, including small, medium, and large dealerships and dealer groups within a designated market. This role involves actively seeking new automotive business opportunities and delivering tailored marketing communication solutions through a consultative sales approach.

  • Collaborative Success: The Field Sales Executive will report directly to the Area Sales Manager and collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Marketing Services Representatives, to address customer service issues and deliver effective solutions.
  • Purposeful Innovation: Epsilon is committed to acting in alignment with corporate values and priorities in all communications and decisions. As a Field Sales Executive, your contributions will be vital to our success, as sales drive our business. We prioritize high-quality work and strong client relationships, leading to increased sales and effective business management.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve or surpass sales targets by effectively marketing Epsilon's product offerings to targeted dealerships and dealer groups.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing Epsilon's solutions to meet dealership needs.
  • Engage in resolving customer concerns and facilitating retention efforts while maintaining consistent support for existing clients.
  • Manage all aspects of client accounts within your assigned geographical territory.
  • Contribute to the development of new marketing products and client resources.
  • Foster professional relationships with internal support teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Qualifications: Proven experience in selling CRM/MarComm products to an established client base. Proficiency in Salesforce and territory management. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals. Business acumen and a proactive approach to opportunities. Effective project management capabilities. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. A positive, energetic, and driven attitude.
  • Distinguishing Factors: A completed undergraduate degree with notable academic achievements. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Capacity to generate and present innovative ideas and solutions. Proven analytical skills with a systematic approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in MS Office and internet-savvy.
