This role requires exceptional judgment, adaptability, and the ability to manage a broad scope of responsibilities with efficiency and confidentiality.This is a senior support role for a trusted individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling both business and personal matters with professionalism and discretion.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportManage calendars, scheduling, meetings, and conference coordinationBook and coordinate business travel for conferences and accommodationsProvide day-to-day administrative support to the CEOAct as a primary point of contact and gatekeeper for professional and personal mattersMarketing & Digital SupportManage and coordinate social media platforms, including content scheduling and postingManage submitting logo when required Personal & Family AssistanceManage personal and household purchases for the CEO and familyCoordinate insurance policies for personal properties, vehicles, and marine assetsManage vehicle and marine registrations, licensing, and renewalsSchedule and manage personal medical appointments for the CEOComplete and submit required personal and family documentationMaintain and update secure records, including passwords and confidential information Corporate & Lifestyle Management Manage scheduling and use of the Montreal Canadiens loge and company-owned seatsCoordinate internal office social activities and special eventsRequired Qualifications Minimum 5-7 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role supporting senior executivesFluency in both English and French (written and spoken) – mandatoryAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint – mandatoryStrong working knowledge of social media platforms and digital tools – mandatoryExceptional organizational and time-management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesHigh level of discretion, integrity, and professionalismAbility to manage multiple priorities independently and respond effectively to urgent matters Availability & Work RequirementsFull-time, in-office position (Monday to Friday)On-call availability required 7 days per week, including evenings and weekendsFlexibility to travel occasionally as requiredCompensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experienceMedical benefits Assistant personnel et exécutif du PDGLieu : Montréal, QCType d'emploi : Temps plein, au bureau (5 jours par semaine)Disponibilité : Disponibilité sur appel requise, y compris le soir et les fins de semaine. Responsabilités principales Soutien administratif et exécutif Gérer les calendriers, les plannings, les réunions et la coordination des conférences Réserver et coordonner les voyages d'affaires pour les conférences et les hébergements Fournir un soutien administratif quotidien au PDG Servir de point de contact principal et de filtre pour les questions professionnelles et personnelles Soutien marketing et numérique Gérer et coordonner les plateformes de réseaux sociaux, y compris la planification et la publication de contenu Gérer la soumission du logo lorsque cela est nécessaire Assistance personnelle et familiale Gérer les achats personnels et ménagers pour le PDG et sa famille Coordonner les polices d'assurance pour les biens personnels, les véhicules et les biens maritimes Gérer les immatriculations, les permis et les renouvellements des véhicules et des biens maritimes Planifier et gérer les rendez-vous médicaux personnels du PDG Remplir et soumettre les documents personnels et familiaux requis Tenir à jour et mettre à jour les dossiers sécurisés, y compris les mots de passe et les informations confidentielles Gestion de l'entreprise et du mode de vie Gérer le calendrier et l'utilisation de la loge des Canadiens de Montréal et des sièges appartenant à l'entreprise Coordonner les activités sociales internes du bureau et les événements spéciaux Qualifications requises Au moins 5 à 7 ans d'expérience en tant qu'assistant personnel, assistant de direction ou dans un rôle similaire auprès de cadres supérieurs Maîtrise de l'anglais et du français (écrit et parlé) – obligatoire Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Word, Excel et PowerPoint – obligatoire Solides connaissances pratiques des plateformes de médias sociaux et des outils numériques – obligatoire Excellentes compétences en matière d'organisation et de gestion du temps Excellentes capacités de communication écrite et verbale Grand sens de la discrétion, intégrité et professionnalisme Capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités de manière indépendante et à réagir efficacement aux questions urgentesDisponibilité et exigences professionnelles Poste à temps plein, au bureau (du lundi au vendredi) Disponibilité sur appel 7 jours sur 7, y compris le soir et le week-end Flexibilité pour voyager occasionnellement si nécessaire Rémunération et avantages sociaux Salaire compétitif, en fonction de l'expérience Avantages médicaux
