In this role, you will direct the Waste Audit Team, ensuring high-quality services while enhancing operational efficiency. Your leadership will be key in coaching team members, coordinating audit tasks, and improving processes to promote a safer and more effective work environment. Key Responsibilities: • Guide and develop team members through mentorship • Manage audit schedules, ensuring timely and budget compliance • Assess audit reports for consistency and client service • Enhance workflows and audit procedures effectively • Promote health and safety across audit initiatives
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability or similar area • Over 5 years in waste management, with 2 in management • Experience with waste auditing and compliance regulations • Strong team leadership and communication abilities • Ability to travel for on-site audits
