Receptionist / Office Manager

We are looking for a Receptionist / Office Manager to join our team. This role requires strong administrative and organizational skills with familiarity of administrative management practices/procedures as well as being professional, personable and well-presented. We are looking for people who are driven, committed and who are passionate about what they do.
The Receptionist / Office Manager role will entail duties such as:
- Greeting clients at Reception and providing general support to visitor
- Managing relationships with vendors and service providers
- Keeping a record of office supply inventory and expenses
- Managing the Office in terms of supplies, maintenance staff/contractors
- Signing for deliveries and ensuring all mail and packages are distributed accordingly
- Composing and preparing confidential correspondence
- Arranging meetings, schedules, and travel accommodations for senior staff
- Participating actively in the planning and execution of company events
- Other duties and ad hoc projects relevant to the position shall be assigned as required
Job Requirements
Must-have:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Very strong interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and courtesy
- Excellent time-management skills
- Ability to work in person full-time
