We are building a long-term team of skilled tradespeople who want stability, respect, and the opportunity to grow alongside a forward-thinking company that embraces modern systems, training, and technology.What You’ll Be DoingAs an HVAC & Refrigeration Service Technician, you will work on a wide variety of systems and projects, including:Installing, servicing, and repairing HVAC and refrigeration equipmentDiagnosing issues using schematics, technical manuals, and modern diagnostic toolsWelding and refrigeration-related piping and plumbingCommissioning and start-up of:-> Furnaces-> Air conditioners-> Cold-climate heat pumps-> Rooftop units (RTUs)-> Make-up air units (MAUs)-> VRF systemsPerforming routine maintenance and performance checksWorking collaboratively with other technicians to improve system design and efficiencyProviding professional, clear communication with customers and internal teamsWhat We’re Looking ForYou’re likely a strong fit if you bring:Experience in residential and light commercial HVACStrong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skillsAbility to read and interpret schematics and technical drawingsProficiency in welding and refrigeration pipingThe ability to work independently and as part of a teamProfessional communication and customer-facing skillsA mindset of continuous learning and improvementRequired Certifications & LicensingRed Seal Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Mechanic“B” Gas Ticket (nice to have)Valid driver’s licenseA criminal record check and driver’s abstract will be required within 14 days of the start date.Compensation & Benefits$36.63–$50.00/hour, based on experience and qualificationsCompany vehicleTool replacement programProfit sharingDental, vision, and extended health careLife and disability insuranceOn-site parkingCompany eventsOngoing training and advancement opportunitiesSchedule & Work EnvironmentFull-time, permanent positionMonday to Friday, day shiftsOn-call rotationOccasional weekends as requiredWork is primarily in-person at various locations in ManitobaWhy Technicians Stay With UsWe respect your trade and your timeWe invest in better tools, systems, and trainingWe value quality workmanship over rushing jobsWe offer long-term stability and career progressionIf you’re looking for a company where your skills are appreciated, and where you can see a future beyond just the next service call, we want to hear from you.Please note: Only candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted.
