(App driven)Reading and interpreting building plans, blueprints, and technical specifications.Coordinating with other in-house trades and operations staff as needed. Completing both reactive and scheduled preventative maintenance work orders as required.Ensuring all work complies with applicable plumbing and gas codes, legislative and safety standards, Edon’s standards and OHS regulations.Following Edon’s Quality Management System and Health, Safety & Environment policies.Using Edon’s mobile work order system for documentation (training provided). Professional, respectful and safety conscious approach to dealing with clients as you will be representing Edon in both occupied and unoccupied premises (uniform provided)What You Bring to the TeamJourneyman Plumber Certificate (Alberta).Proven experience servicing a wide range of commercial plumbing systems.Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently in occupied buildings.Valid driver’s license with a clean driving abstract.Able to complete a clear criminal record check.Physical ability to lift heavy materials, work in confined spaces, and remain on your feet for extended periods.Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.Professional, customer-focused approach when working with clients and building occupants.Valid Gasfitter certification (Alberta) - considered an asset.Additional certifications will be considered an asset but not mandatory for this position.
