**What You’ll Do**

As a **Residential Plumbing Service Technician**, you’ll be the face of My Calgary Plumber, responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers. Your role includes:

- **Diagnosing & repairing residential plumbing issues** (leaks, clogs, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.).
- **Installing & servicing plumbing fixtures** (sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.).
- **Educating homeowners** on their plumbing systems and offering solutions.
- **Upselling maintenance plans** to ensure long-term client relationships.
- **Ensuring a 5-star customer experience** by keeping workspaces clean and explaining work performed.
- **Using technology (iPad & ServiceTitan) to document jobs, estimates, and invoices.**:

- **Driving a company vehicle**, keeping it stocked, clean, and organized.
- **Attending team meetings & training** to stay sharp and improve your skills.
- **Following all safety procedures** and ensuring compliance with local codes.

**What We’re Looking For**

**5+ years of residential plumbing experience.**

**Great communication & sales skills** - ability to explain issues & recommend solutions.

**A strong work ethic** - reliability, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

**A valid driver’s license** with a clean record.

**The ability to work independently & problem-solve on-site.**

- Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in **all weather conditions**.
- Able to **work more than 40 hours per week as needed** (optional overtime available).
