This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to lead site operations on exciting commercial projects while working with a company that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration.ResponsibilitiesAs the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful execution of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include:Overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractor performanceCoordinating site logistics, inspections, and material deliveriesEnforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized worksiteConducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Project ManagerResolving field issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specificationsMaintaining accurate documentation including RFIs, site diaries, and change ordersBuilding strong relationships with trades, consultants, and clientsQualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will bring:Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and schedulingProven leadership and team management skillsProficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid)Excellent communication and problem-solving abilitiesWhat’s in It for YouCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to work on high-profile commercial projectsSupportive company culture with room for growthLong-term stability with a respected industry leader
