We are currently seeking an experienced
Construction Superintendent
to join their dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven professional to lead site operations on exciting commercial projects while working with a company that values integrity, innovation, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

As the Construction Superintendent, you will be responsible for the successful execution of on-site activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Key duties include:

  • Overseeing daily site operations and managing subcontractor performance
  • Coordinating site logistics, inspections, and material deliveries
  • Enforcing safety standards and maintaining a clean, organized worksite
  • Conducting site meetings and reporting progress to the Project Manager
  • Resolving field issues and ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications
  • Maintaining accurate documentation including RFIs, site diaries, and change orders
  • Building strong relationships with trades, consultants, and clients

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and scheduling
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Proficiency with construction software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam)
  • Valid safety certifications (e.g., CSTS, WHMIS, First Aid)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
