JOB DETAILS Job Title: Atlassian Migration Specialist Duration: Open ended SoW Location: Toronto, ON (2-3 days onsite)Client seeks a dedicated Atlassian Migration Specialist to assist with the migration of Jira and Confluence content from existing Data Center instances to client’s Enterprise instances. • Execute migrations between production environments with validation of results at each stage. • Update schemas of Jira projects to comply with established RBC Enterprise standards. • Migrate Jira projects and associated plugin data from source to target instances in planned tranches, providing comprehensive post-migration technical support.• Diagnose and resolve technical migration issues and data mapping errors to ensure successful project transitions. Confluence Migration • Perform migrations of Confluence spaces and associated plugin data to production instances. • Provide troubleshooting and post-migration technical support to address any content migration issues that arise. General Support • Handle Atlassian-related technical tasks required across the migration initiative and support the broader team in achieving migration objectives. Required Qualifications • Demonstrated expertise in Jira and Confluence Data Center migrations • Strong technical knowledge of Jira and Confluence Data Center configuration and administration including plugins such as ScriptRunner and Configuration Manager. • Experience managing large-scale platform migrations in enterprise environments • Ability to resolve complex technical issues and data mapping challenges • Familiarity with Atlassian plugin management and associated plugin data migration • Strong communication skills as this role will involve partnering with internal partners and teamsRegards, Amarpreet Singh 200 Bay Str.
