Blended Perspectives is a fast-growing Leading Atlassian Solutions Partner with a focus on supporting value-added expertise with the Atlassian suite of products. We are looking for an **Atlassian Consultant** to join our growing team.

In this role, you will work with the Professional Services team at Blended Perspectives in leveraging your business expertise to provide best practices configuration and deployment of solutions utilizing the Atlassian product suite, such as Jira, Confluence, and marketplace apps.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide clients with practical advice and guidance as part of consulting assignments
- Participate in presales interactions in order to recommend the best solutions to clients
- Ability to work in an agile working environment with the ability to make recommendations and provide feedback on requests to workflow changes and business process
- Lead in the configuration and testing of product implementations
- Provide documented guidance and recommendations in a timely fashion
- Able to provide ongoing support on different projects
- Ability to identify the root cause of client issues, and be able to correctly manage and deploy changes
- Work independently on medium to larger projects and assignments, often taking the leadership and project management role
- Capable of becoming a leader in the client requirement gathering process analysis, deployment, and user acceptance testing
- Atlassian Solution Consultancy and Cloud Migration: Spin up Cloud instances of Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Atlassian Access
- Create Pre-Migration Checklists, Migration Plan and Production runbooks
- Migrate and complete migrations from Data Center/Server to Atlassian Cloud
- Use knowledge of Atlassian products to gather and analyze requirements, research and present solutions to clients, and make suitable recommendations

**Requirements**:

- 3 or more years’ experience with software development, technology management, and delivery, and/or IT operations
- Solid knowledge in Agile Development Principles and Team Software Development
- Familiarity in either Service Management/ITSM, PMP, or Scaled Agile; SAFe is a bonus
- Experience with the most popular data migration apps such as Script Runner (or similar)
- Experience delivering training for internal teams, product integrations, customizations, process automation, and security needs
- Experience in technical consulting, software development, and the Atlassian toolset
- Atlassian certifications is considered an asset
