We're looking for a Content Marketing Specialist to help us grow our audience, amplify our brand, and make our content impossible to ignore.

What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)

Content Strategy & Execution – Develop and execute killer content strategies that align with our brand goals. Write and edit blogs, landing pages, emails, and social media posts that keep people coming back for more.

Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership – Help us own the conversation Research industry trends, create compelling narratives, and position Cashco Financial as a trusted and transparent lender.

Audience Growth & Engagement – Create content that not only attracts eyeballs but also sparks conversations. You'll manage content calendars, interact with our audience, and keep engagement soaring.

Collaboration & Creativity – Work closely with our graphic designer, performance marketer and product team to bring content to life. Brainstorm big ideas, contribute to campaign planning, and experiment with fresh content formats.

What We're Looking For (AKA Your Hero Toolkit)

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or storytelling magic.
  • A knack for writing engaging, SEO-friendly content that people actually want to read.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS), email marketing tools, and social media platforms.
  • The ability to balance creativity with strategy—your work is fun but also drives real results.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft, HubSpot, and MailChimp (bonus points for design/video editing
  • skills).
  • Experience in Business to Consumer Marketing.
  • A fast-paced, self-starter attitude—someone who thrives in a dynamic marketing environment.
