About the Job: Manager, Incident Response Solutions
CYGNVS is a purpose built, out of band, incident response and crisis management platform that reduces the impact and minimizes business interruption from a cyber-attack. Founded in 2020, the innovative start-up has helped over 2,500 organizations prepare for, respond to, and report cyber-attacks. We are in search of exceptional professionals to join our journey and contribute to the success of our growing response platform.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Articulate CYGNVS’ solution capabilities to demonstrate technical and business value to customers in pre-sales and post-sales.
- Demonstrate knowledge of incident response and crisis management trends and best practices to articulate a high-level security strategy to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Develop cutting-edge exercise scenarios to help customers exercise the full range of their response capabilities in CYGNVS.
- Work closely with the CYGNVS sales group, solution architects, and product management teams to provide support on strategic customer solutions.
- Maintaining in-depth knowledge of the cybersecurity industry and competitive landscape to drive thought leadership with our customers.
- Cement yourself as a trusted and strategic advisor with customers and partners to drive continued value of our platform.
Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years’ experience providing cyber defence or incident response services.
Strong knowledge of NIST 800-61 incident response framework.
Experience delivering tabletop exercise simulations and developing incident response plans and processes.
Operational knowledge of security operations, incident management, and crisis response programs.
Experience speaking at industry conferences, publishing security blogs, or developing whitepapers.
Strong verbal and written business acumen skills.
