Assistant Store Manager – ba&sh Hazelton ba&sh was founded in 2003 by best friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief with the vision of creating their dream wardrobe to share with others. The brand embodies a distinctly Parisian style, combining freedom and joyful elegance, and is recognized worldwide for its iconic and inspiring designs. Position Overview We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our Hazelton boutique. As Assistant Manager, you will support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations and be directly engaged with our customers. Key Responsibilities Coach and motivate the sales team, reinforcing product knowledge and sales techniques Drive store turnover and customer loyalty through excellent service Maintain an in-depth knowledge of ba&sh collections, silhouettes, and brand story Ensure the store’s visual merchandising and brand image are maintained Manage stock, monitor KPIs (sales index, average basket, conversion rate, omnichannel sales), and oversee point-of-sale operations Promote and uphold ba&sh’s CSR policies daily Candidate Profile Proven expertise in customer satisfaction and service, ensuring an exceptional shopping experience Strong communication and leadership skills to support team development and foster client relationships Experience in store/department management and retail loss prevention, driving operational efficiency Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and lead by example Prior experience in fashion retail is a must Passion for fashion and strong alignment with ba&sh’s brand values What We Offer Permanent contract with job stability Health, vision, and dental insurance Generous shopping discount and clothing allowance Vacation and paid maternity leave Commission on personal sales plus tiered bonus structure Diversity & Inclusion At ba&sh, we believe diversity is a strength and are committed to fostering an inclusive workplace where every employee feels a strong sense of belonging.
