We supply amusement rides, inflatables, interactive games, and full event services for festivals, corporate events, schools, brands, and municipalities.We’re adding an Event Rentals Sales Specialist who wants to be part of the event world — someone who enjoys the pace, the variety, and the organized chaos that comes with making events happen.If you like talking to people, handling volume, following up relentlessly, and closing business in a fast-moving event environment, keep reading.What You’ll Actually Do (Most of Your Day)• Handle a high volume of incoming calls and new inquiries• Answer questions about equipment, logistics, timing, access, and event-day details• Make clear recommendations and upsell appropriate products and services• Qualify clients quickly (budget, timing, feasibility)• Build quotes using templates and pricing guidelines• Follow up until you get a clear yes or no• Manage changes, payments, insurance, and confirmations• Communicate cleanly and accurately with operations and dispatch• Keep multiple deals moving at once without dropping detailsThis role is not about running events onsite. This is a sales role booking the rentals at events.Your success is measured by accuracy, responsiveness, and bookings closed.You’ll Succeed Here If• You’re comfortable being on the phone all day• You can follow up 3–6 times without getting awkward• You stay calm when things pile up• You care about details and double-check your work• You don’t need constant supervision to stay productive• You understand that sales comes before everything else• You communicate confidently by phone and email• You want a long-term career in the event industryThis Role Is Not For• Anyone looking for remote work• Anyone uncomfortable being on the phone• Anyone who struggles to juggle multiple tasks at once• Anyone who freezes under pressureExperience• Prior experience in sales, inbound call handling, account management, or high-volume customer environments is strongly preferred• Event, hospitality, rental, or venue experience is a bonus, not a requirementSkills We’re Looking For• Strong phone and email communication• Organized, detail-oriented, reliable• Comfortable learning new systems and working with software• Able to handle volume and stay composedThe Details• Full-time, on-site role (no remote)• Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends during peak season• Location: North York• Opportunity to grow into more responsibility over time
