Based out of our Markham, ON office and/or home office. This role is responsible for identifying, structuring and executing strategic growth and acquisition opportunities that expends Xplore’s customer footprint and revenue base. A core responsibility of this role is owning Xplore’s Multi-Dwelling Unit (MDU) strategy, including property acquisition partnerships, access agreements and long-term monetization. This role serves as the single point of accountability for MDU outcomes and strategic property partnerships. The role operates with high autonomy, influence, active collaboration, working cross functionally with internal and external stakeholders aligning with network deployment, commercial strategy, and sales execution in support of Xplore’s growth objectives.Key responsibilities include: Identify and develop strategic business development opportunities aligned to Xplore’s broadband expansion strategy Build and execute regional and national growth plans focused on high-return partnerships and property-based opportunities Evaluate opportunities using clear economic, strategi and customer impact criteria Provide input into long-range growth planning, prioritization, and investment decisions Own Xplore’s MDU strategy and portfolio performance Identify, prioritize, and secure high-value MDU properties aligned to fibre build plans Act as internal owner for MDU economics, prioritization and performance outcomes Lead senior-level relationships with property owners, developers, REITs, property managers, municipalities, and boards Negotiate access agreements, bulk agreements and preferred provider arrangements Partner with Network Planning, Legal, Marketing, Sales Channels and all other stake holders end to end from network construction to sales activation and customer readiness. Drive subscriber acquisition, penetration and ARPU within MDUs Establish repeatable processes, tools and playbooks for MDU and partnership execution Identify execution bottlenecks, recommend improvements and collaborate with relevant stakeholders for continuous improvements to operating model. Work on other revenue generating projects to support growth initiativesThe ideal candidate will possess: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, partnerships, preferably within the telecommunications or infrastructure-based industry Proven success structuring and negotiating complex commercial agreements Strong understanding of MDU economics, deployment models, best practices and ROI drivers. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth A skilled people leader and operator; can translate corporate objectives into operating plans and actionable strategies Experience working cross-functionally Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with stakeholders Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, identify trends, and develop effective strategies Results-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment Data driven, very experience with Excel and PowerPoint Strong Financial, analytical and executive communication skillCondition of Employment:As a condition of employment and in order to comply with industry related data security standards, this position is subject to the successful completion of a Criminal Background Check.
