Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a C-suite Executive Assistant, based in Toronto, ON, with opportunities for remote work. In this role, you will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to C-suite executives. Duties include managing schedules, preparing expense reports, overseeing administrative operations, and ensuring seamless communication between internal and external stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordinating high-level meetings, handling confidential information, and supporting daily operations with efficiency. Qualifications Extensive experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative AssistanceProven expertise in creating and managing detailed Expense Reports for senior executivesStrong skills in Executive Support and multitasking to ensure operational efficiencyExceptional Communication skills, including written and verbal proficiencyHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential informationStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency in relevant office software applicationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferredPrevious experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role is an asset
