About Us:

Danini Menswear is a premium menswear brand known for delivering timeless fashion with a modern edge. We're seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager with over 5 years of experience to help elevate our brand and drive engagement across our social platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a cohesive social media strategy for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create and manage engaging content that aligns with brand goals and resonates with our target audience.
  • Monitor trends and adapt strategies to suit the local markets in Canada and the US.
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance metrics and adjust campaigns to optimize engagement, lead generation, and sales.
  • Engage with followers, manage feedback, and foster a strong community around our brand.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or retail.
  • Deep understanding of the Canadian and US markets, including trends, customer behavior, and cultural insights.
  • Must be well-versed in Graphic design (Photoshop, Adobe Aftereffects) and video editing (Adobe Premier Pro or Final Cut Pro)
  • Create weekly Instagram and other social handles including Reels and Posts and run ads on Social media
  • Performance marketing to generate leads and sales through our website
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving measurable results.
  • Excellent copywriting, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with social media tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Instagram Insights, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
