Location: Lacombe, Alberta
Role Overview: As the Contract Manufaturing Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our client-centric operations, playing a pivotal role in delivering exceptional vendor relation management and ensuring seamless processing of orders. Your dedication to professionalism and clear communication will be instrumental in promptly and accurately fulfilling client orders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completing administrative duties including order processing
- Effectively manage order fulfillment by maintaining clear communication and coordination with customers, contract manufacturers, and various internal departments. Ensuring customer satisfaction and on-time product delivery.
- Demonstrated proficiency in data entry, encompassing order processing and MRP maintenance.
- Prepare customer invoices and manage collection activities
- Manage lead-time assembly purchasing and regulate inventory levels of multiple warehouses simultaneously.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Advanced knowledge of Office Suite and ERP Software
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work meticulously.
- Ability to problem solve on the fly
- Demonstrates the ability to stay composed and make rational decisions during stressful circumstances
- Experience in an inside sales order filling position
