Job Overview: As an IBM OpenPages Architect at our client, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of complex IBM OpenPages solutions to manage internal audit and broader risk and compliance activities. This role involves high-level strategic planning, designing, developing, implementing and ensuring successful integration across the GRC landscape. You will work as part of a distributed team, providing expert advice and solutions, and ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Engage in high-level strategic planning and design complex solutions to meet client’s GRC needs.
  • Architecture and Design: Define and design architectures using IBM OpenPages, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Lead the implementation of IBM OpenPages solutions, including advanced customizations and workflow integration.
  • Mentorship: Guide and mentor a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and development standards.
  • Customer Interaction: Participate in customer meetings and technical planning discussions, providing expert advice and solutions.
  • Security Management: Develop and administer role-based security models, manage access control permissions, and oversee security domains.
  • Data Management: Identify and manage Core Data Model Spine objects and associations.
  • Project Management: Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing, ensuring alignment with both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance practices to ensure the highest standards of deliverables.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Proactively manage risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.

Key Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years of experience in defining architectures, configuring software, and implementing solutions using IBM OpenPages.
  • Extensive experience in IBM OpenPages configuration using Task Focused UI, Workflow, schema, and security.
  • Deep technical expertise with hands-on practice in Java, J2EE, Oracle, and Spring Frameworks.
  • Strong experience in GRC: Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Compliance and Data Asset Management solutions.
  • Proven experience in project management, including both SDLC and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and strategic advisory skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
