Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals through exceptional customer care and design service.
  • Conduct in-store and in-home design presentations to close sales.
  • Provide accurate pricing, quoting, and align design with client budgets.
  • Stay updated on furniture and design trends.
  • Use Trackwell CRM to manage sales opportunities and client follow-ups.
  • Participate in sales meetings and product knowledge sessions.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in interior design.
  • Strong knowledge of design principles and current trends.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Valid driver’s license and own transportation for in-home consultations.
