Required Skills & Experience-7+ years of experience in Agile delivery, Scrum, or Program/Project Management roles-Hands‑on experience leading multiple Agile teams in a scaled environment (SAFe, Scrum@Scale, etc.)-Proven experience driving PI Planning and facilitating Scrum of Scrums-Strong background coaching Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and cross‑functional delivery teams-Demonstrated ability to remove impediments, manage risks, and maintain predictable delivery-Strong understanding of Agile metrics and delivery health indicators-Excellent communication skills and experience reporting to senior leadership-Experience partnering across Business/Product, Engineering/Dev, QA, Vendors, and SI partners-Ability to influence without authority and build alignment across teams-Strong problem‑solving, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skillsNice to Have Skills & Experience-SAFe certifications (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe RTE, SAFe -Scrum Master, SAFe POPM)-Experience in large enterprise or complex technology transformation environments-Background working with offshore/nearshore delivery teams-Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar Agile tools-Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines-Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, or technology portfolio management-Experience influencing or maturing Agile frameworks at the organizational level-Previous consulting experience or experience working with SI vendorsJob DescriptionInsight Global is seeking an Agile Delivery Lead to guide and mature the agile delivery approach across multiple technology teams.
