About the RoleWe’re seeking a hands-on Level 1 IT Support Analyst for a temporary contract role based in Belleville, ON. This position provides day-to-day technical support in a Microsoft-focused environment, supporting end users across a wide range of devices, applications, and systems.If you excel in fast-paced environments and love solving technical problems, we want to hear from you.What You’ll DoProvide Level 1 technical support to onsite and remote usersHandle 12+ IT support tickets daily; troubleshoot promptly and effectivelyManage user onboarding/offboarding, account setup, and group policy updatesSupport Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePointTroubleshoot Windows OS, hardware, software, connectivity, and printer issuesProvide mobile device support (Apple, Android, Samsung, Google) via MDM toolsWork with the MSP partner and IT Director to maintain the Microsoft tenant and follow IT best practicesWhat You BringExperience with: MS 365 / Microsoft ecosystem, Intune & Active Directory, Windows OS, MDM for Apple/Android/Samsung/Google, Exchange & SharePointStrong hardware/software troubleshooting abilityExcellent customer service and communication skillsAbility to prioritize and resolve multiple tickets dailyService-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving skillsAdditional DetailsHybrid role (minimum 3 days onsite in Belleville)Start on short notice preferredExperience working in Microsoft-focused environments or with MSPs is an assetPlease note: As part of our recruitment process, we may use AI-assisted tools to support initial application screening.
