Job Title :: Agile Service Delivery ManagerLocation :: Montreal (Day 1 onboarding onsite / in office presence 3x week)Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Service Delivery Manager who will also serve as a Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-impact technology services and key strategic initiatives. This hybrid role is responsible for ensuring the successful execution of agile service delivery practices while managing cross-functional projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a proactive leader with a passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.Qualifications:• 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery and project management, with at least 3 years in an agile environment.• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.• Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, and MS Project.• Ability to influence and drive change across organizational boundaries.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
