Job Description
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mortgage specialist . In this role, you will play a crucial part in guiding potential borrowers through their mortgage application process, answering their questions, and assisting them every step of the way to help convert applications into funded loans. Your primary goal will be to provide outstanding service while supporting clients in achieving their financial goals.
You will embody our core values of service excellence, transparency, and customer support. As the face of PADS Financial, you will be instrumental in ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential borrowers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries and guide them through the mortgage application process.
- Assist customers with understanding loan products and application requirements, effectively converting inquiries into funded loans.
- Follow up with applicants to ensure all required documents are submitted and complete.
- Collaborate with mortgage loan officers and underwriters to streamline the application process and enhance customer experience.
- Provide ongoing support to clients post-closing and handle any issues or questions they may have.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and proactively support the sales team's efforts to achieve targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or sales, preferably within mortgage lending or financial services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with loan origination systems and the mortgage industry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bilingual (French, English) mandatory.

Description du poste
Nous recherchons une personne motivee et axee sur le client pour rejoindre notre equipe en tant que Specialiste en hypotheques . Dans ce role, vous jouerez un role crucial en guidant les emprunteurs potentiels tout au long du processus de demande de pret hypothecaire, en repondant a leurs questions et en les aidant a chaque etape pour convertir les demandes en prets finances. Votre objectif principal sera de fournir un service exceptionnel tout en aidant les clients a atteindre leurs objectifs financiers.

Responsabilites :
- Interagir avec les emprunteurs potentiels par telephone, e-mail ou chat pour repondre a leurs questions et les guider tout au long du processus de demande de pret hypothecaire.
- Aider les clients a comprendre les produits de pret et les exigences de la demande, en convertissant efficacement les demandes en prets finances.
- Faire le suivi avec les demandeurs pour s'assurer que tous les documents requis sont soumis et complets.
- Collaborer avec les agents de prets hypothecaires et les souscripteurs pour rationaliser le processus de demande et ameliorer l'experience client.
- Fournir un soutien continu aux clients apres la cloture et traiter toutes les questions ou problemes qu'ils peuvent avoir.
- Tenir des registres precis des interactions et des transactions avec les clients, en notant les details des demandes, des plaintes et des actions entreprises.
- Contribuer a un environnement d'equipe positif et soutenir de maniere proactive les efforts de l'equipe de vente pour atteindre les objectifs.
Exigences :
- Diplome d'etudes secondaires ou equivalent ; un diplome universitaire est prefere.
- Plus de 2 ans d'experience en service client ou en vente, de preference dans le secteur des prets hypothecaires ou des services financiers.
- Excellentes competences interpersonnelles et en communication, a l'oral comme a l'ecrit.
- Grande attention aux details avec la capacite de gerer efficacement plusieurs taches.
- Connaissance des systemes de gestion des prets et de l'industrie hypothecaire.
- Capacite a travailler de maniere autonome ainsi qu'en collaboration dans un environnement dynamique.
- Bilingue (francais, anglais) obligatoire.
