Role Overview:


As a Partnering Co-Founder at FractionalHRExperts, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's strategic direction and growth. 


In this role, you will be instrumental in identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, helping to expand our reach and impact in the HR landscape. Your efforts will focus on building and nurturing relationships with organizations that share our commitment to quality and excellence in HR practices. By establishing these strategic partnerships, you will help us deliver top-notch HR solutions that drive employee satisfaction and business success.

Additionally, you will work alongside our team to refine and enhance our service offerings, ensuring they remain aligned with the evolving needs of our clients and the broader HR industry. Your insights and expertise will guide our approach to innovation and continuous improvement.

As an advocate for our human-centric approach, you will also play a key role in promoting our values of transparency, empathy, and integrity. You will help us create and sustain an environment where employees feel valued and supported, contributing to a positive and enriching experience for all stakeholders.


 Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Partnerships - Identify, cultivate, and nurture strategic partnerships with companies that align with our values and quality standards. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial collaborations. Your efforts will ensure we collaborate with organizations that share our commitment to excellence in HR practices and employee engagement.
  2. Business Development - Lead efforts to expand our client base and grow our network of partner companies. Develop and execute business development strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration. By identifying new business opportunities and creating innovative approaches, you will help FractionalHRExperts reach a wider audience and establish a strong presence in the HR industry.
  3. Brand Ambassadorship - Serve as a brand ambassador for FractionalHRExperts, representing our values and mission to external partners, industry stakeholders, and potential clients. Effectively communicate our unique value proposition and differentiate our services in the market. Your role will be crucial in promoting our brand and ensuring our message resonates with our target audience.
  4. Thought Leadership -Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and best practices in Fractional HR and employee engagement. Leverage your expertise to contribute thought leadership content, participate in speaking engagements, and position FractionalHRExperts as a leader in human-centric HR practices. Your insights will help us remain at the forefront of the industry and continue to innovate.
  5. Team Collaboration - Collaborate closely with the founding team and other organization members to align business development efforts with company goals and objectives. Foster a collaborative and inclusive culture that promotes teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement. Your ability to work effectively with others will be key to driving our success and ensuring that we maintain a positive and productive work environment.


Qualifications:


  • Experience as a CPO, VP of People, VP of operations, or a similar role that has directly worked in the growth and development of a high-sales talent pipeline
  • Experience in fast-paced high-growth tech companies or a high-growth 
  • Proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition industry.
  • A strong network of industry contacts and relationships with potential partner companies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to drive initiatives from conception to execution.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and creating positive impact.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
