Our team comprises technical professionals, certified accountants, and MBAs dedicated to providing high-touch, customized cloud solutions that enable business growth.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesLeverage industry experience, business analysis, and NetSuite best practices to solve complex client problems.Lead full NetSuite ERP and CRM implementations, working directly with senior client personnel and providing training as needed.Develop and communicate client requirements to technical teams for potential customizations.Plan and advise on business process improvements to align with client needs.Implement and deploy NetSuite solutions tailored to industry-specific and regulatory requirements.Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions.Perform demos, training, and walkthroughs of NetSuite processes.Prepare scope and propose solutions based on personalization sessions.Collaborate with technical team members to build, develop, and test customized solutions.Manage troubleshooting during configuration sessions.Translate business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.Lead Cut-over and Go-Live processes.Provide post-implementation support to optimize user adoption and system configuration.Assist team members with onboarding, training, and escalations.This position is hybrid (2 days onsite in Greater Toronto Area or remote outside GTA/U.S.).What We OfferOpportunity to work with a leading NetSuite Alliance PartnerCompetitive salary with performance incentivesDynamic consulting environmentProfessional development and NetSuite certification supportExposure to diverse industries and complex ERP projects #J-18808-Ljbffr
