Position: Manager, HR Operations and CompensationLocation: York Region (Hybrid - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)Salary: $135,000+ plus pension and benefitsJob Type: Permanent, full-timeOur client, a dynamic organization in York Region, is seeking a Manager, HR Operations and Compensation to lead their HR operational functions and compensation programs. This key leadership role reports to the Director of Human Resources.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and pension programs.- Ensure pay equity compliance and provide compensation analytics to support workforce planning.- Oversee HR operations, including records management, HRIS data integrity, and process improvement initiatives.- Manage and optimize HRIS systems and develop reporting dashboards.- Lead a small HR team focused on HR operations and compensation.- Partner with HR leadership and business leaders on integrated HR initiatives.QualificationsEducation & Credentials:- Post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- CHRP/CHRL designation (or working toward) preferred.Experience:- 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, including 3-5 years in a leadership role.- Proven expertise in compensation, benefits, and pension administration.- Experience implementing or managing HRIS systems, preferably Workday.- Experience in unionized or public sector environments is an asset.- Knowledge of pay equity and employment standards.Why This Role:- Lead a high-impact HR team in a collaborative environment.- Contribute to strategic HR initiatives and operational excellence.- Flexible hybrid work model in York Region.Please send your resume in Word format to Morgan McKenzie at morgan.mckenzie@quantum.ca.REFER A PERM HIRE AND EARN UP TO $1,000 For more details, click here.
