What is Shift Group?
Shift Group is the industry leading sales recruitment platform for former athletes and veterans.
We enable high character professionals to shift into sales by leveraging their skill sets and connecting them with companies looking to minimize new hire risk.
Today, we focus on former athletes and Veterans shifting into sales. We recruit, coach, support, and direct them through the entire hiring process. Our placements tend to focus on high growth startups
WHY US
We are former NCAA D1/Professional athletes and Veterans turned sales leaders with extensive networks across North America. We partner with high caliber professional athletes and Veterans to train, develop, and support them as they shift into sales. Our training is best-in-class and you will be the most prepared candidate at each interview.
