The Job

As the HR Support Specialist, you provide key advisory support to the Sales team. You will:

  • Offer sound advice on HR matters including employment law and standards and best practices.
  • Maintain strong relationships with members of the Sales team and External Clients
  • Prepare reports on Sales team engagement and conversions.
  • Provide training on HR matters as required.



What you bring to the job

You are an integral resource of information and sound advice. You are service-oriented and a strong team player. You also have:

  • An educational background in human resources.
  • at least 1 year of experience in an HR role in a corporate environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law, standards, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to provide sound advice with a commercial focus.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
