What you'll do
Position title:SAP iXp Intern - Business AI, Cloud ERP Adoption
Location: Toronto
Expected start date: December 2024
Duration: 12 months
In this role, you will support our Global Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to build best-in-class customer experiences, with a focus on various support areas. Specific areas of focus may include (but are not limited to):
- Business AI Customer Success: Collaborate with Cloud ERP Product Champions and key SAP stakeholders to drive Adoption and Consumption of AI use-cases. Work on initiatives that improve the Customer Success Capability of Business AI in the context of Cloud ERP Solutions. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
- Business AI Adoption Execution: Support adoption tracking, development of assets and playbooks to help drive Business AI adoption including customer facing and internal resources.

- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or master's degree in Technology, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and able to utilize strong analytical skills to process and interpret data, translating findings into actionable plans
- Time Management: Effectively manage assigned tasks and meet deadlines
- Motivation: Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with a passion for sales and technology.
- Team Player: Team player, with a self-starter attitude and the ability to work with minimal direction. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Collaborate effectively towards mutual goals and interest
- Language skills: Business fluent in English
Meet your team
The goal of the Adoption Office Team is to support Customer Success Managers (CSMs) globally with driving customer renewals, adoption, expansion/upsells, and customer references. The focus of this internship will be to learn about the different core dimensions of what it means to build a Customer Success organization. The intern will be able to develop knowledge and capabilities in the following areas: SAP S/4HANA Cloud and Digital Supply Chain Solutions, as well as Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success Strategy, Operations, Team Enablement, and Audience Engagement.

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 18.00 - 36.00 CAD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidates will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process.
