Description du poste

Résumé des fonctions
Le titulaire du poste entre les données des expéditions. Le titulaire du poste communique efficacement, résout les problèmes de niveau intermédiaire, aide à la recherche de base et fait preuve de compétences en gestion du temps. Le titulaire du poste effectue d’autres tâches, selon les demandes.

Responsabilités:
  • Exécute des tâches administratives générales (p. ex., répondre au téléphone, entrer des données, classer des documents, etc.).
  • Prépare des rapports et des présentations à l’aide de Microsoft Word et Excel.
  • Coordonne et (ou) prépare les renseignements pour une utilisation et une distribution à l’interne.

Compétences requises:
  • Diplôme d’études secondaires, formation générale ou équivalent international
  • Minimum de six mois d’expérience en assistance des tâches administratives – Atout
  • Compétences efficaces en communication verbale et écrite, en résolution de problèmes, en recherche de base et en gestion du temps.
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Word, Excel et Outlook)
  • Est capable de précision et de rapidité dans la saisie des données
