Notre équipe Data Solutions est à la recherche d'un coordinateur de recherche francophone, pour contribuer à la fiabilité et à l'exactitude de notre base de données, InSite. Le candidat retenu recherchera des informations relatives au marché de l'immobilier commercial et mettra à jour notre base de données analytique afin de refléter les changements dans les informations sur les bâtiments, la disponibilité, les taux de location et les détails des transactions.
Le rôle du coordinateur de recherche est axé sur le traitement des données, mais il est possible de tirer parti de ses excellentes compétences en communication en établissant des relations avec les courtiers, les gestionnaires et les propriétaires commerciaux, en veillant à ce que l'équipe reste bien informée des évolutions du secteur de l'immobilier commercial.
Les informations tirées des données que vous saisissez seront utilisées pour générer des rapports consultés par des acteurs internationaux du secteur CRE, leur permettant de prendre des décisions éclairées. Il s'agit d'une opportunité idéale pour toute personne qui aime travailler avec des données et qui souhaite approfondir ses connaissances du secteur de l'immobilier.
Principales responsabilités
Collecte et saisie des données. Sur une base continue, vous utiliserez une variété de méthodes telles que le courrier électronique, les prospectus, les abonnements au site, les appels téléphoniques et le réseautage dans l'industrie, à partir de sources internes et de sources tierces (courtiers, gestionnaires, propriétaires, autorités d'évaluation) pour mettre à jour et actualiser la base de données InSite en temps opportun.
Maintenir la base de données. Confirmer que tous les détails concernant les informations sur les bâtiments, la disponibilité, les informations sur les taux de location, les détails des transactions et les autres données connexes (images, fichiers, contacts, etc.) sont saisis avec exactitude.
Devenir la PME. Recueillir et diffuser les informations relatives aux propriétés immobilières commerciales. Suivez tous les développements potentiels par le biais des annonces de planification municipale et des médias d'information.
Déceler les tendances. Identifier et suivre les événements et les tendances actuels qui affectent l'immobilier, en particulier les locations et les ventes commerciales.
Établir des relations. Il s'agit d'un rôle qui exige d'entrer en contact avec les gestionnaires immobiliers, les propriétaires et d'autres parties prenantes externes pour vérifier les détails et confirmer l'information.
Assurer l'exactitude. Examinez la base de données pour vous assurer que tous les détails sont exacts et à jour et que tous les champs sont remplis. Vous rechercherez des informations pour compléter les dossiers.
Exigences
Parfaitement bilingue en français et en anglais - oral et écrit.
Études/Professionnel/Expérience de travail
Un bon dossier scolaire, des études postsecondaires sont un atout.
Un intérêt pour l'immobilier ou le travail avec des données, une expérience professionnelle connexe est un atout.

The opportunity
Our Data Solutions team is looking for a French-speaking Research Coordinator, to contribute to the reliability and accuracy of our database, InSite. The successful candidate will research information relating to the commercial real estate market, and update our analytics database to reflect changes in building information, availability, rental rates and transaction details.
The role of a Research Coordinator is data processing focused, but there is an opportunity to leverage great communication skills by building relationships with brokers, managers and commercial landlords, ensuring that the team stays well connected with developments in the CRE industry.
The information drawn from the data you enter will be used to generate reports consulted by international stakeholders across the CRE industry, enabling them to make informed decisions. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who enjoys working with data and is interested in furthering their knowledge of the real estate industry.
Key Responsibilities
Data collection and entry. On an ongoing basis, you will use a variety of methods from email, flyers, site subscriptions, phone calls and industry networking from both internal sources and third-party sources (brokers, managers, landlords, assessment authorities) to update and update the InSite database in a timely manner.
Maintain the database. Confirm all details with respect to buildings information, availability, rental rate information, transaction details and other related data (images, files, contacts, etc.) are entered accurately.
Become the SME. Gather and disseminate information related to commercial real estate properties. Track all potential developments through municipal planning announcements and news media.
Trend-spot. Identify and follow current events and trends affecting real estate, specifically commercial leasing and sales.
Build relationships. This is a role that requires reaching out to property managers, owners, and other external stakeholders to ascertain details and confirm information.
Ensure accuracy. Review the database to ensure all of the details are accurate and up-to-date; that all fields are completed. You will pursue information to complete files.
Requirements
Fully bilingual in both French and English – verbal and written.
Education/Professional /Work Experience
A good academic record, and post-secondary education is an assets.
An interest in real estate or working with data, related work experience is an asset.
