- Apply radiation protection measures
- Perform basic verification and quality control checks on radiographic and film processing equipment
- Record and process patient data
- Provide appropriate care and monitoring of the patient during the examination
- Operate ultrasound imaging equipment to produce and record images
- Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
- Carry out administrative and clerical activities (record keeping, scheduling etc.)
- Compile, verify, record and process applications, licences, permits, contracts, registrations, requisitions, and other forms and documents
- Provide information and care for patients during tests
- Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionalsCertificates, licences, memberships, and courses
