About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at Nova Scotia Health Authority. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will be responsible for operating X-ray, radiographic, and fluoroscopic equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate complex imaging equipment to produce high-quality images
  • Record and process results of procedures, ensuring accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff satisfaction
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
  • Current certification from the Canadian Association of Medical Radiation Technologists
  • Provincial or territorial association certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
