Dans le cadre de ses ententes avec ses différents clients, Procom est actuellement à la recherche d’un DevOps AI pour une entreprise dans le domaine des assurances. Notre client est situé à Montréal.


Description des tâches et responsabilités – DevOps AI

Les responsabilités du poste incluent :
- Intégrer une équipe à haute visibilité avec de multiples défis à relever;
- Participer à la construction et à la maintenance des fondations Cloud qui prennent en charge l'intelligence artificielle utilisée par différentes équipes au sein de l'entreprise;
- Améliorer continuellement les outils et processus DevOps;
- Concevoir, créer et maintenir des solutions d'automatisation intégrées pour faciliter le déploiement continu, y compris les pipelines liés aux builds, aux tests intégrés, à la publication, à la sauvegarde et à la restauration;
- Identifier, créer et maintenir des solutions de surveillance pour mettre en œuvre des alertes avancées et améliorer la fiabilité;
- Optimiser les stratégies de déploiement (de Dev à Prod);
- Participer à l'identification des points critiques de préoccupation et des améliorations concernant la performance de l'infrastructure.


Exigences du poste – DevOps AI

- Langues parlées et écrites française et anglais (atout);
- Niveau d’expérience : intermédiaire;
- Années d’expérience : 2-5;
- Autonomie et initiative dans votre travail quotidien;
- Organisé et capable de prioriser/escalader si nécessaire;
- Bon communicateur;
- Capacité à fonctionner et à collaborer au sein d'une équipe de ressources seniors;
- Désireux d'apprendre et de proposer de nouvelles idées;
- Excellente compréhension des outils DevOps modernes tels que Docker, OpenShift, Cisco Container Platform, Kubernetes, ELK, Jenkins, GitLab, BitBucket, GitHub ou tout autre outil de gestion de code source basé sur Git;
- Expérience avec les concepts CI-CD et les déploiements Blue-green;
- Expérience dans la création de scripts d'automatisation pour les composants d'infrastructure (python, groovy, Ansible, bash ou tout autre langage connexe);
- Expérience avec des outils de surveillance tels que SysDig et Kibana (atout);
- La connaissance du cycle d'apprentissage automatique (atout);
- Expérience avec les bases de données NoSQL telles que MongoDB (atout).

As a part of its agreements with its various clients, Procom is currently seeking a DevOps AI for a company in the insurance sector. Our client is located in Montréal.


Job details – DevOps AI

Key responsibilities for this position include :
- Integrate a high visibility team with multiple challenges to overcome;
- Participate in building and maintaining Cloud foundations that support artificial intelligence that is used by different teams within the company;
- Continually improve DevOps tools and processes;
- Design, create and maintain integrated automation solutions to facilitate continuous deployment including pipelines related to builds, integrated tests, publishing, backup and restore;
- Identify, create and maintain surveillance solutions to implement advanced alerting and improve reliability;
- Optimize deployment strategies (from Dev to Prod);
- Participate in identifying critical points of concern and improvements regarding infrastructure performance.


Mandatory Skills – DevOps AI

- Languages spoken and written French et English (asset);
- Level of experience : Intermediate;
- Years of experience : 2-5;
- Autonomy and initiative in your day-to-day work;
- Organized and able to prioritize/escalate when required;
- Good communicator;
- Capacity to function and collaborate within a team of senior resources;
- Willing to learn and put forth new ideas;
- Excellent understanding of modern DevOps tools such as Docker, OpenShift, Cisco Container Platform, Kubernetes, ELK, Jenkins, GitLab, BitBucket, GitHub or any other Git-based source code management tool;
- Experience with CI-CD concepts and Blue-green deployments;
- Experience in creating automation script for infrastructure components (python, groovy, Ansible, bash or any other related language);
- Experience with monitoring tools such as SysDig and Kibana (asset);
- Knowledge of machine learning cycle is and asset;
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB an asset.
